Today, we'd like to share with you some bittersweet news. The virtual door to our online smoked BBQ shop is closing. We'd like to thank you for your continuous support and loyalty during the course of our journey.

But before we say our final goodbyes, we have one last treat for you. We will be hosting a special last cook where we will offer our remaining inventory for sale. It's a chance for you to grab your favorite smoked BBQ delights and savor the flavors one last time.

To all our valued customers, we extend our heartfelt thanks for your support, trust, and love for smoked BBQ. It's been a privilege to be part of your culinary journey, and we look forward to the opportunity to serve you again in the near future.

6hrs of meat resting
3hrs of slicing/portion/packing/labeling
