You will:
📍Conduct monthly inventory counts in store branches, warehouses, and other assigned areas.
📍Verify third-party records (vendors, suppliers, guests, if needed).
📍Reconcile actual inventory with recorded data and cross-check information.
📍Prepare audit findings and secure audit evidence.
📍Conduct spot checks on POS reports, inventories, cash, and fixed assets.
📍Perform compliance, operational, and financial audits.
📍Recommend improvements to internal controls.
📍Prepare initial audit reports and discuss findings with the team or department heads.
📍Ensure complete documentation of audit work.
📍Assist in developing templates and forms to support compliance and monitoring.
To qualify, you must:
- Have a Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy or any equivalent course.
- Be a fresh graduate with relevant internship experience or have at least 1 year of work experience in a related field.
- Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Be available to start ASAP (an advantage).
- Be willing to work onsite in Kapitolyo, Pasig City.
