We, the third-year college students of Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Pasig taking the course of Bachelors Degree in Hospitality Management are conducting a feasibility study for our subject "Research in Hospitality Management" and we would like to ask for your small amount of time to answer our survey questionnaire.

The product that our group has developed is called "Pizza Cone". It is basically a pizza with a cone-shaped dough. The difference between the pizza cone and the normal type of pizza is that it is very convenient to consume, carry, and store. We also offer different variants for the customers to have different options.

Qualifications:
1. Must be residing in Caniogan, Kapasigan, Malinao, and San Jose Pasig City
2. Must be 18 yrs old and above
