Originally introduced by the Chinese, this sweet and savory pork dish has since been a local staple dish reminiscent of good home food.
🌮CRISPY BAGNET BAO
Boiled and deep fried pork belly cooked to a chicharon like crisp, adding crunch and texture to every bite.
🌮BEEF PARES BAO
Slow cooked beef stew in spices, our personal take on the local staple beef pares.
🥙All served with fresh chopped cabbage and homestyle pickled veggies, topped with our famous Bao Street
