4. If DELIVERY is requested, the balance of payment shall be made 3 days before the delivery date. We may book motorcycle or car delivery for you depending on the item/s ordered. Sensitive cakes and pastries are advised to be delivered by Car preferably via Grab Car. The delivery fee would depend on the delivery area. Take note: We accept no responsibility for any damage sustained to the cake once it has left the premises and once pick-up by the courier, customer, or any authorized representative.

6. CANCELLATION POLICY
Changes and cancellations of orders are accepted until 72 hours prior to the scheduled pick-up time. No refunds will be provided for orders that are canceled with less than 72 hours' notice. We will retain the 50% initial downpayment of the price of the cake/cupcakes to cover costs incurred to initiate your order (see no. 3).
7. CHANGES TO YOUR ORDER - The final date for any order changes (size, flavor, design) is 3 days prior to the event date. Any changes requested after this date cannot be guaranteed and may be subject to additional charges.
