Our Snoozeboi competed at Allegro Booze & Brew, presenting a coffee cocktail inspired by 'Coco Jam' reimagined with coffee & nutmeg infused vodka while highlighting the 1883 Maison Routin syrups of Allegro like the Lavender, Elderflower, and Coconut. With panocha & pangalawang piga ng niyog for that added Filipino flavor 🇵🇭

Meet the Himalayan Dark Ichigo — a drink inspired by the comforting dark champorado, layered with our house-made strawberry puree, blended pink himalayan sea salt, and finished with cocoa.

It’s still off-menu for now.
