How do I know if my YOPOKKI is cooked?

Let it simmer and keep stirring until the rice cake turns soft and the YOPOKKI sauce thickens and looks shiny, which should take about 10 to 15 minutes. If the rice cake is not soft enough, add more water and continue stirring until it softens. When you use freshly made rice cake, it takes a shorter time.

Not too spicy but a lovely kick, I can't handle spice and this is enjoyable. The rick cakes need cooking in boiling water, I did mine in a pan. It didn't absorb the sauce but it's not supposed to. A lovely chewy rice snack!
