Last Saturday was more than a birthday celebration. It felt like a tribute to a woman who spent her life showing up for other people 🤍

Engr. Nelly Banguis celebrated her 70th birthday surrounded by family, friends, and people whose lives she has touched through the years and honestly, you could feel how respected and loved she is the entire night.

Listening to the stories shared about her, you begin to understand the kind of strength she carried through life. After losing her husband early, she continued raising her five children with determination, faith, and love. And seeing her children now standing proudly beside her was probably one of the most beautiful parts of the celebration.

You don’t raise a family like that without sacrifice.

But beyond being a mother, Engr. Nelly is also clearly someone many people look up to a church servant, a leader, a supportive friend, and a woman who continued to serve others even while carrying her own responsibilities.
