Every National Day, I find myself missing the little things about Singapore a little more.

Last year, we celebrated with Chilli Crab. This year, it’s Black Pepper Crab.

Mud crab pincers wok-tossed in plenty of butter, freshly toasted black pepper, and fragrant curry leaves, served with golden mantou to soak up every last bit of the sauce.

A little taste of home, shared with all of you.

Our National Day celebration is slowly becoming a little Flock tradition, and this year, we’re making it even more special by celebrating with friends.

Will and May of Kawali Specialty spent over a decade living and working in Singapore before coming home to the Philippines. Kawali is their way of bringing back the Southeast Asian comfort food, flavours, and experiences that shaped their journey.

Joining us too is Gusta Gelato, where every flavour is made fresh in-house, slow-churned in small batches, and created with real ingredients for that rich, silky texture.

For one day only, we’ll be serving special menu items, along with lucky draws and stickers.

Come dressed in red or white and celebrate Singapore’s 61st birthday with us this Sunday, August 9. 🇸🇬🎆
