At DRIP KOFI DLSU & DRIP KOFI 88 SQUARE MALL, we always choose kindness in how we serve and in how we respond. We welcome feedback, even the tough kind, because it helps us grow.
But accountability matters. This isn’t the first time we’ve been accused unfairly and at times, we even receive hateful or offensive messages through calls and private channels. We don’t tolerate that.
One recent example is a review claimed they ordered something else, when in fact the order was HOT, not ICED. And HOT has only one size. That’s a fact.
We’re not perfect, but we work hard. What we don’t deserve are careless or hateful comments that can damage reputations built with effort and heart.
So let’s keep reviews honest, responsible, and kind. Together, we can build a coffee community rooted in fairness and respect. 💙
