Our food trays became such a hit, we continued taking orders even without staff, no crew, just us — Peewee & Harmony. And because we were once a vegetable supplier to several leading food establishments in Metro Manila, we use only fresh, premium ingredients, without MSG or artificial flavoring — the way home-cooked food should be. La Guada Birria is part of the HK Foods family, from the same kitchen as Pilandro, DamnBurger, and Hornos. Our kitchen staff are well trained and we ourselves have culinary and hotel and restaurant management backgrounds. We take pride in our attention to detail and strict sanitation, and in bringing our customers healthy, well prepared, and satisfying food that looks great, too!
