Masama ba uminom ng kape nang walang laman ang tiyan? ☕️
Hindi naman automatically masama. Maraming tao ang kayang uminom ng coffee kahit walang laman ang tiyan nang walang problema.
Pero sa ibang tao, puwedeng makaramdam ng acidic feeling, discomfort, pagkahilo, o parang kumukulo ang tiyan.
At hindi rin ibig sabihin na coffee agad ang problema—iba-iba kasi ang tolerance ng bawat tao.
Kung napapansin mong hindi okay sa tiyan mo kapag empty stomach, try mong kumain muna ng kaunti bago magkape at tingnan kung may difference.
So tandaan, kasalo: Hindi lahat ng coffee drinkers pare-pareho ang tolerance. Listen to your body.
