To: whom may concern Ma'am/Sir
I am writing to formally explain a matter that happened on the afternoon of 18 September 2023. according to Ms. Yu, we make them feel discriminated during her visit us. however we didn't do any thing about discriminate to them I just inform them, actually all the staff are having break time at the moment but ,I explain them if you have order only meat menu, I could serve because I am not chef still I can slice meat and serve without any staff but We have group customer reservation at 5pm so not available AC room but still available open air space,After that they just left with anger. This is full story to me however She take picture of restaurant and start post complaint and send message us like we are discriminate local customer with many her followers. I apologized many times and she accepted my apology but still many people keep sending me bad word messages all night long and keep posting which is not true. I tried my best all the time even though customer complaints always apologize and try to make them satisfied in the future. I will always try my best. Lastly, through the moving incident, I felt like I needed to be more kind to my customers and pay more attention to even the smallest details, and I will do my best to prevent something like this from happening again. Thank you.
One thing I would like to ask is that Facebook users who do not know the details about this incident ,To those of you who have sent unspeakable profanity, slander, or discriminatory comments, I hope you will delete them as soon as possible if it is too severe, and if this continues, we will take legal action.Thank you.
