STEAMED MOMO.

From tomorrow onwards, if you order steamed dumplings from us, you can trust that they are 100% homemade from wrapper to filling. Pre-made wrappers became unavailable just a month into the COVID19-induced lockdown, so when we reopened for deliveries and takeaways we had to rely on our frozen supplies. They have run dry, so we've been begging off steamed momo orders for the last month. Today, we invested in a pasta machine, which enables us to roll dough sheets with consistent thinness for the perfect dumpling wrappers.

Falafel, tomato soup & garlic bread -- last night's community meal for those quarantining at . The falafels weren't the best but still quite good. Muhammad, the old man in Bethlehem who taught me how to make these, would not be proud but we're on lockdown and can't get fresh coriander leaves and dry chickpeas.

QUARANTINE DELIVERY MENU.

While you can't dine with us, we're extending our spatulas and clay pots to your homes with our delivery and takeaway food menu. Our famous dumplings (momos) are back and you can enjoy them from the comfort of your own homes along with a variety of other super affordable dishes to choose from.

Deliveries can be made WITHIN THE MUNICIPALITY OF PANGLAO ONLY. You can place orders for lunch & dinner, allowing a 45-minute delivery window. We begin delivering at noon and end at 6pm. You may place your orders through Panglao Delivery. Visit their page by clicking on the tagged link. Order by sending them a message or calling them.
