In our pursuit of uplifting craftsmanship from Bohol, we pay homage to the artisan makers of this rare salt called Asin Tibuok, harvested and crafted from the town of Alburquerque.

We’re upgrading our fan favorite Rocksalt + Cheese Cold Brew, now powered with Asin Tibuok under our BOHOL CRAFTED SERIES.

Enjoy a part of Bohol’s history and culture with this Asin Tibuok + Cheese Cold Brew drink.

By the way, this drink is best enjoyed when drunk through the glass as you get to taste the layers of salt and cheese topping through slurping. This is how we preferably drink it. 😋

Up next in our BOHOL CRAFTED SERIES is our reimagined take of this rice-based refreshing drink that we’re calling the Alona Horchata.

The first sip would take you back to a setting by the white sand beach where you’re swinging on a hammock with an iced cold drink while getting mesmerized by the sight of coconut trees above your head, against sunny blue skies and fluffy white clouds.

Get to reimagine that scene as you taste a hint of coconut milk in this Iced Alona Horchata.

We’ve got exciting news and upgrades in our beverage lineup that’s deeply rooted in our pursuit of crafting Bohol-inspired flavors that we can proudly say are our signature drinks. Let’s file them under our BOHOL CRAFTED SERIES.

Starting off with the Bohol Dark Cacao Latte that you guys have embraced and loved for the past year, a match made in Bohol as we bring this nostalgic yet modern take of the humble sikwate made from local tablea (dark cacao tablets that have been grown, harvested and crafted right here in Bohol) and paired with espresso from coffee beans proudly roasted right here at our shop.

We’re proud to officially announce and host the Visayas premiere of Paul Barreto’s film Ma’am Tere, an official selection to the 2023 Silicon Valley Asian Pacific Filmfest. A film that looks at specialty coffee here in the Philippines and the people behind it.

We will be holding a Q&A with Paul Barreto (Director of Ma’am Tere Film /Cofounder of Out of Office Roasters) and Tere Domine (the force behind Kalsada Coffee)

We will be showcasing our Philippine bean lineup with guest beans from Kalsada and Out of Office Roasters during the tasting session. We’re also proud to support two Philippine Specialty Coffee Competition 2023 Auction winners from Lanao del Sur and Ilocos Sur.

This time from Top 7 Arabica Winner, farmer Rogelio Balacuit from Lanao del Sur with a farm elevation of 1478 MASL. With a cupping score of 84.56, this Catimor-Natural variety showcases tasting notes of Fruity, Caramel, Grapefruit, Lime, and Nutmeg.

The Top 12 Robusta Winner is from Concepcion, Gregorio del PIlas, Ilocos Sur. Marielle Gannad's farm has an elevation of 800 MASL. With a cupping score of 82.41, this Robusta-Natural variety showcases tasting notes of Molasses, Cedar, Caramel, and Hazelnut.

Our third installment of this Balai Cacao collab comes in this unique infusion of Cacao Nibs and Bohol Asin Tibuok in this Artisanal Chocolate Bark.

The cacao nibs and chocolate used in this pack is grown, harvested and made masterfully by Balai Cacao. It is also drizzled with the rare artisanal salt called Asin Tibuok that is only made by a few families from Alburquerque, a town at the southern coast of Bohol.

If you’re looking for an interesting souvenir from Bohol, hoarding these jars might not be a bad idea at all!

In our pursuit of crafting a signature drink for our coffee bar, we’re excited to bring this nostalgic yet modern take on the humble sikwate that we’re calling the Bohol Dark Cacao Latte.

What makes this a really special cup of coffee is the fact that the dark cacao chocolate used in this drink has been grown, harvested and made masterfully by our own Boholano artisan partners from Balai Cacao.

A drink that we think best represents Bohol’s fine craftsmanship with coffee beans also proudly roasted in Bohol.

These Chocolate Bark and Chocolate-Covered Mangoes are part of our ongoing collaboration from our friends Balai Cacao.

We have 2 offerings at the bar that uses sweet Cebu mangoes:
(1) Chilli Mango Chocolate Barks (mixed with Cebu Dried Mango Bits and Chilli Flakes)

(2) Chocolate-Covered Dried Mangoes
