We would like to bring to your attention an ongoing issue with orders placed through Foodpanda. While our team consistently prepares orders on time, there have been instances where riders fail to pick them up. Unfortunately, this is beyond our control.
We have also attempted to respond to customer feedback on the platform, however, our reply has not been published. FP seems to be protective of their brand at our expense as they have been selective on which reply to approve or not. This limits our ability to fully explain and address concerns directly within the app.
We sincerely apologize to all affected customers. Please rest assured that we are doing our best to reach out and resolve the issue.
