Inspired by our love for family and friends, food and woodcrafts, and the law profession, one can find inside this simple little nook the people and things we hold dear. It is a window too to our town’s soul, a communion with its old inhabitants, its Turumba, its comedya, its flora and fauna and the

places which occupy many of pakilenos’ happy childhood memories. It carries the name of my father, Emeterio, and showcases the food distinct to my mother Rosario, as a tribute to their well-lived lives. Come visit us as we open our door this Friday and in the days to come. Let us savor the simple joys of life in this place you can call your second home.
