Arrivederci Piatto!
Goodbyes are painful but a sign of good memories...
For the past 13 months, 40 Rizal Street, Pagsanjan, Laguna has been my home and the home of Piatto---my pride and joy, next to my three children of course!
Thus, it is with great sadness that we at Piatto must bid all of you adieu, not because we want to leave, but because we HAVE to! Perhaps it is because the natural order of things for all seasons to change or better yet, a new epoch is upon us!
All those reasons, plus the truth that cannot be disclosed, meant it was time for us to go.
And what better time to do this and and at the same time ponder on all the blessings that Piatto has given us, than on this Thanksgiving weekend!
Before we depart, however, we would like to extend our sincerest appreciation and gratitude to all of you our dear families, friends and loyal patrons ( who have also become our friends along the way ) for all your continued support, confidence and loyalty to Piatto. We are deeply thankful and extend to you our best wishes for a happy, abundant and healthy life!
For now, we'd like to leave you with these words from Dr. Seuss---"Don't cry because it's over. Smile because it happened!"

Now I also want to let you know that I might have some surprises up my sleeve all for you! In fact, some may be coming up much sooner than you think. (Fingers crossed!) I will be keeping you posted, by dropping some clues here, every now and then!
