A great pour-over is all about balance—bringing out sweetness, clarity, and aroma in every cup. Here’s a simple guide to help you dial in the ideal extraction:

🔹 Grind Size
Use a medium to medium-coarse grind, similar to sea salt.
Too fine = bitter and over-extracted
Too coarse = weak and under-extracted

🔹 Water Temperature
Aim for 90–96°C (195–205°F)
This range helps extract flavors evenly without burning the coffee.

🔹 Brew Time
Total brew time should be around 2:30 – 4:00 minutes

Shorter time: lighter body, brighter acidity

Longer time: fuller body, deeper sweetness

🔹 Bonus Tip
Start with a 1:15–1:17 coffee-to-water ratio, bloom for 30–45 seconds, and pour slowly with control.
