Martin & I love drinking wine while we are having our dinner. The wines we have at the store pairs well with Asian and Spanish inspired food. Moscato is sweet & refreshing that it goes well with spicy , salty savory dishes, as well as desserts that have fruits, Vanilla based ice cream and citrus fruits. Zinfandel is bold that pairs with eggplant, sharp cheeses, bbq, grilled roasted meat, spicy stews that has chorizo, tomato based. Muruve is my favorite it goes well with Filipino food, has enough acidity that is not overwhelming. If you like a refreshing red wine try the Deaken Estate Shiraz. Hope you could drop by our store anytime soon. Our wines are on limited quantities.
