Hindi kailanman kumikita ang mga electric cooperatives mula sa system loss charges.

Ipinababatid ng PHILRECA na ang mga electric cooperatives (ECs) ay mga non-stock, non-profit, at ang singil sa system loss ay isang pass-through cost lamang, na aprubado ng ERC sa ilalim ng EPIRA, upang ibayad sa mga power generators para sa kuryenteng nawawala habang dumaraan ito sa mga linya.

Ang technical system loss ay isang natural at hindi maiiwasang bahagi sa pagpapadala ng kuryente sa malalayong lugar, kung saan kadalasang nagsisilbi ang mga ECs. Ito ay operational cost, at kailanman ay hindi magiging karagdagang kita sa kanila.

Gayunpaman, handa kaming makipagtulungan sa mga lider ng bansa, mga regulator, at iba pang bahagi ng sektor para sa tunay, patas, at makataong solusyon upang protektahan ang ating mga konsumidores habang pinapanatiling buhay ang serbisyo at operasyon ng kuryente.

As a Member-Consumer-Owner (MCO) and end-user of electricity, we can help by:

✅1.Avoiding the construction of any structures or planting tall trees near power lines.
✅2.Reporting branches, broken poles, or cut lines.
✅3.Participating in tree trimming activities.
✅4.Paying attention to scheduled power interruption notices to prepare.

We understand the impact of the power outage because we all rely on electricity in our homes, businesses, and workplaces.
As we experience the same situation, our field personnel continue to work tirelessly to identify the cause and restore power as soon as possible, without compromising safety.
