This is not your typical sisig dumplings. We formulated it especially to touch every aspect of the traditional sisig experience. The drizzled sauce on this dumpling is what we call "liver sauce"; the final touch to enhance the flavor of what's inside. Everything in this dish is homemade; from the wrapper, filling, and sauce.

While we were on break, we worked on a new flavor. This will be a dry run for 18th diner's Curry Puff. Minced chicken and potatoes were combined in a pan and seasoned with salt, spices, and everything nice! 😙🤌
