Two origins, two worlds, one meeting point.
From the highlands of Laos, coffee is grown across the Bolaven Plateau, an ancient volcanic landscape where smallholder farmers cultivate Catuai under cool mist, rich soil, and steady rainfall. Each harvest is handpicked, washed, and processed with patience, producing a cup that is grounded, smooth, and quietly sweet.
From Ethiopia, coffee traces back to the birthplace of Arabica itself, where heirloom varieties grow in backyard farms at high elevations. In regions like Yirgacheffe, farmers handpick ripe cherries and often process them naturally, allowing fruit sweetness and floral character to develop fully in the cup.
One side brings structure and comfort. The other brings lift and expression.
At Highpeak, these two origins meet with intention, balancing depth and clarity in every cup. Through 727, this seasonal feature goes beyond a release—it becomes a shared story between spaces.
