When we opened our doors, our goal was never just to serve coffee.

We wanted to create a space where people could gather, connect, create memories, and feel welcome.

Recently, we had the privilege of hosting what many considered the first drag performance held in a café setting in Subic. While the event itself was significant, what stayed with us most was the sense of community it created.

People from different walks of life came together in one room not because they shared the same experiences, but because they shared the same space.

That has always been the heart of 727.

A place where conversations happen.
Where friendships begin.
Where people can show up as they are.

Whether you’re loud or quiet.

Tomorrow, June 12, we’re making a little history as we welcome Subic’s first-ever café drag show, a special pre-show before the main event by DRAG ROYALÉ for the 2nd Subic Pride Event.

The lights go down. The queens arrive. And for a few hours, the café becomes something else entirely.
