Long before the restaurant and museum, Brian was already drawn to the sea. In his younger years, he began diving and exploring Philippine waters, beginning a journey that would span decades.

The stories, discoveries, and artifacts from that journey eventually found a home at Vasco’s. Take a closer look next time you’re here.🏺

This waterfront was once part of the old Olongapo Navy Yard, where ships came into Subic Bay to take on coal before continuing across the Western Pacific.

Decades later, Brian Homan found the abandoned site and saw something worth bringing back to life. Today, you come for the view. But there’s a lot of history underneath it.
