Hiring,Milktea Barista Wanted
Do you have a passion for creating delicious and refreshing milk tea beverages?
We're looking for a motivated and energetic individual to join our team as a Milk Tea Barista!
Responsibilities:
Greet customers with a friendly and welcoming smile.
Take orders accurately and efficiently.
Prepare a variety of milk tea drinks following our recipes and quality standards.
Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of the work area.
May also assist with stocking and other tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
No prior experience necessary, but a passion for milk tea is a plus!
Strong customer service skills with a positive and enthusiastic attitude.
Ability to learn and follow recipes quickly and accurately.
Basic math skills, including the ability to calculate percentages (for sugar level adjustments).
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong work ethic and a team player mentality.
What We Offer:
Salary of Php 320 per day or more Depending on experience.
