I never had a chance to post this here.

It's been a year since I stopped catering orders and my sincere apologies if I did not gave any notice. 2022 has been so tough for me and there are a lot of things happened I never expected that lead to closure of this venture.

I am profoundly grateful for everyone who supported me along the way. Sheregielle, who worked hard as I did. Lester and Clyne, who took excellent photos of my products and Kuya KD who designed my logo. And to all my family, friends, churchmates who prayed for me, classmates and new friends I met because of this venture, avid customers who relentlessly gave their patronage, HUGE THANK YOU. All those won't be possible without you all. I can't Thank you all enough for abiding me along the way.

Today, I'm pursuing my studies in Iloilo, which serves as yet another reason why I can't pursue this venture. Unfortunately, I won't be able to satisfy your korean cravings untill I finish this degree. I pledge to return in a few years with better and enhanced products and services. Again, My sincerest apologies for not giving any notice.

K I M C H I

Kimchi, is a traditional Korean side dish of salted and fermented vegetables, such as napa cabbage and Korean radish. A wide selection of seasonings are used, including gochugaru, spring onions, garlic, ginger, and jeotgal, etc. Kimchi is also used in a variety of soups and stews.

Kimchi is full of beta-carotene and other antioxidant compounds that can help reduce the risk of serious health conditions such as stroke, cancer, diabetes, and heart disease. Kimchi is also an excellent source of: Vitamin A. Vitamin C. In order for the benefits of kimchi to be effective, probiotics and beneficial bacteria need to be consumed regularly. SPAM MUSUBI

Spam Musubi is an Asian (Japanese) Hawaiian fusion. Just like handrolls, the musubi begins with a sheet of seaweed. Next a scoop of fresh rice is pressed into a rectangular block and a teriyaki marinated slice of SPAM goes on top. The seaweed is wrapped around, blanketing the creation in goodness.

G I M B A P

Gimbap (also sometimes spelled "kimbap") is the perfect meal on-the-go, a common sight at bus stations and a must-have at school picnics.
