Pa 1 REAL TALK lang po ADMIN!

Am seeing post kase here na reklamo ng reklamo sa mga nabibili nilang kesyo hinde na fresh ang egg kesyo penoy na at kung anu anu pa.

In EGG BUSINESS one thing you need to consider is yung market mo or CUSTOMER mo. Sinu ba market mo are they settling for QUALITY or CHEAP price?

Based on my experience and observation sa pag pick up sa ibat ibang farm eggs i learned that there is NO SUCH THING A QUALITY BUT CHEAP PRICE.
Hanggang guni guni lang natin yun.
Pwede pa QUALITY IN A RIGHT or FAIR PRICE!
Wala pong IPHONE na kaseng presyo lang ng MYPHONE for example para mas madali nating maintindihan.

When you settle for QUALITY it wouldnt cheap believe me.
When you settle for CHEAP its RISKY.
So you choose..
Kung NAGOYO KA dahil sa paghahanap ng MURA
Dont only blame the supplier for lying, blame also yourself for the decision you made.
Hinde po lahat ng tao tapat.
Tapat sa motibo...
Tapat sa serbisyo..
At tapat sa Negosyo.
It is our moral obligation to discern every people we dealt with..
Wag tayong kuda ng kuda kung kasalanan rin natin bakit tau nagtiwala.

Farm owner knows their EGG well. Sa tingen nyo ba ibabagsak nila ang presyo ng itlog kung mataas kalidad nito? Lalo na ngayong ubusan lagi ng stocks? OPKURS NOT! Be careful..

Ako ilang beses narin ako naisahan, bago ako naging wais sa pagpili ng farm, Na magfi fit ang produkto sa klase ng consumers na meron ako. But i never post and tagged here the people ive been dealing. Iniisip ko na lang.. They are also protecting the interest of their business. Baka our transactions is one of isolated scenario lang. Baka sa iba ok din naman at smooth transaction nila. Natyempo lang na sa akin ang palpak. So lets move on.

Yung mga RESELLERS na kung makapag DEMAND ng price ay kulang na lang hingen nyo ng libre sa farm owner o DEALER ang itlog.
Baka BESH Pwedeng konting SENSIBILITY naman.

Farm owner invested money to raise their business. Nagpatayo yan ng bldg. Nag fefeeds yan. At kung anu ano pa. Walang nagnenegosyo na gusto ipalugi ang pinagpaguran nila.

Dealer paid fuel, toll gates and exerted effort para mai deretso sa bahay o tindahan mo ang itlog. Konting KONSIDERASYON sa PAGTAWAD! Kayo ang magpapabagsak ng INDUSTRIYA NG ITLOG kung di nyo ikokonsidera ang ROLE NG BAWAT ISA!
HINAY HINAY BESH.. Yung sa MAKATOTOHANAN NAMAN TAYO. Sarap MAMBATOK EH. 😁

TIPS TO CONSIDER:
IF YOUR CONSUMER IS RETAIL YUNG DRETSO MISMO SA KUSINA NG BUYER MO ANG ITLOG ITS GOOD TO PICK UP FROM Backyard farmer.

PERO KUNG ANG CUSTOMERS MO IS BULK AND RESELLERS You need the BIG Companies kase dun ka sa kanila makakumpleto ng mga graded sizes na need mo. Still it is your duty to check the eggs that u buy. Ako i settle for Quality, kc yung buyer ko yun ang concern nila.

At the end of the day the decision is yours..

One thing in common why we are all here sa group nato it is because of the egg business we are engaged in. Lahat po tayo negosyante na gustong kumita kahit panu sa panahon na ito ng pandemya, Regardless if newbies ka or genius ka na sa negosyong ito.

Lahat po tayo gustong makatipid at makamura. Para mas kumita ng malaki laki kahit panu.
But ALL OF US NEEDS TO BE AWARE THAT SEASON, SUPPLIES, AND DISTANCE is THE MAJOR REASON of hows the PRICE PLAY in the MARKET!

Kokonti ang production (supplies) ng BIG SIZES na syang madalas in DEMAND sa market. Ganu ka ba kalayo (distance) sa FARM.

Magma mark up sya ng PRICE.
Mag price increase si farm owner to recover his expenses from his staff, feeds, maintenance etc.

DADALHIN NI DEALER ANG PRODUKTO SA MANILA EITHER IT IS FROM BULACAN OR BATANGAS. (DISTANCE)
He will pay the gas fuel, toll gates, and His efforts.
Mag mark up sya to recover his expenses at tumubo kahit paano.
MAS MAHAL NA GASOLINA NGAYON COMPARED NUNG LOCKDOWN.

RESELLER are we expecting na makukuha natin from dealer ang price the same with farm owner? OPKURS NOT DIBA?
Kc kahit mismo si farm owner nagmamark up ng price nya if PICK UP or DELIVER ang items nya.

ADVANTAGE AND DISADVANTAGE FROM BUYING FROM FARM OWNER AND DEALER!

FARM OWNER: Although kokonti na lang ngayon ang mga farm owner na directly nag dedeliver sa end user kase buhay na nga ang online marketing. Madalas sila na ang pinupuntahan. But the advantage is You can get a bit lower price from farm owner compared kay DEALER.

BUT THE ADVANTAGE FROM THE DEALER IS YOU COULD GET ENOUGH SUPPLY FROM THEM OF YOUR SIZES NEED dahil sila ang sumusuyod sa ibat ibang farm para hanapin ang eksaktong kailangan na sizes ng kanilang mga BUYERS. At sila ang madalas (dealer) sumusugal ng door to door delivery kahit 20 to 50 trays lng order mo.

So ngayon MAG COMPUTE KA NA!
Wag mo ipagpilitan kay DEALER na tapatan ang PRESYO ni farm owner kase parang binabalewala nyo po ang pagod ng mga DEALER MAGHANGO. Kung gusto mo makamura GO straightly to FARM. wala kang SASAKYAN?
Settle to DEALER sa ngayon sila muna KASANGGA mo sa pagtupad ng PANGARAP mo.
