INGREDIENTS:
•3/4kl beef camto/mechado cut
•1/4 cup soy sauce
•2 tbsp brown sugar
•1/2 tsp salt
•1/2 tsp pepper
•2 tbsp ginger
•1 yellow onion
•1 whole garlic chopped
•3 star anis
•4 cups water
•slurry to thicken (2tbsp cornstarch 1/4 c water)
•green onions garnish

Isa sa childhood favorite (next to champorado siyempre) Grade school pa lang ako, nagluluto na ako nito, kahit di ko pa abot yun kalan! 😅

Ingredients
•1/2 cup mungo
•2 cups water
•1 can coconut cream or 2 cups gata
•3/4 cup malagkit na bigas
•1 can cream corn
•1/2 cup white sugar
•1/4 cup brown sugar
