Based in the heart of La Trinidad, Benguet, Mudaan ni Pamilja is not just a coffee farm, it’s a masterclass in cultivation and high-quality production. Led by Allan and Catherine, they meticulously select and handpick the cherries for specialty coffee batches and allow them to ferment through carefully monitoring them to enhance their flavor. They don’t do mass-produced; they do precision in carrying the raw, unfiltered character of their beans.

By observing their process firsthand, we ensure that every batch will honor the hard work of Allan and Catherine to bring you pure Philippine specialty coffee.
