A recap on the Rebel Team’s visit to the highlands to see where our rebellion begins. Because we respect the culture of the land, we headed there to truly understand the bean before they ever hit our roasters.

Based in the heart of La Trinidad, Benguet, Mudaan ni Pamilja is not just a coffee farm, it’s a masterclass in cultivation and high-quality production. Led by Allan and Catherine, they meticulously select and handpick the cherries for specialty coffee batches and allow them to ferment through carefully monitoring them to enhance their flavor. They don’t do mass-produced; they do precision in carrying the raw, unfiltered character of their beans.

By observing their process firsthand, we ensure that every batch will honor the hard work of Allan and Catherine to bring you pure Philippine specialty coffee.

The harvest is coming. Get ready.

We’re building a team of individuals who care about the soul of the craft so we’re looking for fresh hands to join the roastery and the kitchen:

Hiring:
Baristas
• master the basics then find your own rhythm
• talk coffee with the curious
• respect the tools of the trade
• keep the station clean and equipment ready for every revolutionary cup

Kitchen Staff
• prepare every dish with care; food is energy for the revolution
• no shortcuts, no fillers, just honest prep
• keep the kitchen organized and your workplace clean
• maintain the culture and the quality

Ready to start your own revolution?
We want your personality, not the perfectly polished resume. But send them through anyway at [email protected].
