After ten years that it has been successfully staged as "Bicol Business Week", the annual business event was eventually scaled up as a month-long activity with the launching of the 1st Bicol Business Month in 2015. Now on its second year, Bicol Business Month 2016 poises as another breakthrough event that will help raise further the Bicol Region's level of economic dynamism with bright hopes of mo
re gains under the new administration. As in the past, this year's edition will feature trade fairs and exhibits, business seminars, and fora, with food and entertainment, and a sprinkling of social cm charitable events in between. It will also introduce new MSME undertakings and encourage existing ones to expand, diversify and turn into high productive ventures. Specifically, the event promises to:
1. showcase and promote the best of Bicol trade and commerce;
2. pave the way for new opportunities through business matching with exhibitors from within and outside Bicol;
3. provide updates on new investment areas, technologies and product trends;
4. enlighten firms on environmental protection programs and prospects in green investments, and;
5. offer insights on prominent Bicolano businesspersons' success stories.
