What a great morning it is! We were happy to welcome the Aerox Club of the Philippines – QC as they stopped by for breakfast before continuing their ride. 🏍️

They got to try some local favorites — our delicious Pansit Bato, Toasted Siopao and a good cup of coffee — a perfect way to fuel up and start the day!

Ride safe mga Paps, enjoy the road, and we hope to see you again soon! ❤️

Throwback Thursday ❤️

Chef Doy had the privilege of showcasing Filipino cuisine at the WOFEX, Taste Expo Stage at SMX Convention way back, proudly carrying the rich flavors and traditions of Bicol.

It was more than just a cooking demonstration, it was an opportunity to share our heritage through every dish, every local ingredient, and every story behind the recipes.

From traditional recipes to authentic local ingredients, it was an honor to share the heart of Bicolano cuisine with food lovers from all over. Moments like these remind us how food connects people, preserves culture, and tells our story.

Here's to celebrating our culinary heritage and continuing to bring the flavors of Bicol to more tables for years to come. 🌶️
