Introduced in 2020

"Combilao" is a combination of different dishes or viands beautifully arranged in a single bilao, complete with a variety of sauces. It is designed to serve 6–8 people, making it perfect for sharing with family and friends.

In May 2020, during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic, a friend asked us to create a meal that could conveniently feed 6–8 people and be served in one bilao.

At that time, only small celebrations and intimate gatherings were allowed, mostly inside homes or private locations. Large events and public gatherings were prohibited, and restaurants were not allowed to operate at full capacity.
That simple request inspired us to create something practical, delicious, and perfect for sharing.

And that's how DAD'S COMBILAO was born.

Noong 1970s sa Manila, may sikat na tren galing Manila papuntang Bicol. Tawag dun "Bicol Express". Sobrang bilis at mausok.

Isang araw, may chef sa isang restaurant sa Manila. Nagluto siya ng bagong ulam - pork na niluto sa gata at sobrang daming sili.
Pag tikim ng mga tao: "Grabe! Ang bilis uminit ng dila ko! Parang Bicol Express!"

Dun nagsimula. Mabilis, maanghang, at nakaka-adik. Kaya "Bicol Express" ang naipangalan.
