The Bellie Baker a home-based baking business offering varieties of cakes, cupcakes, pies, cookies and other desserts I am full-time mom and baking is my first love.

I have long been baking for family and friends and per their encouragement, I finally decided to create a page for my baked goods. I bake varieties of cakes and pastries. The ones posted in this page so far are the ones I had tried and tested and approved by family, friends and clients. I use affordable high-quality ingredients I can get my hands on to assure the quality of taste. Since I love hom

emade, I try to make every component of my baked goods from scratch. And, yes, people are crazy about personalized cakes and cupcakes with fondant and gumpaste icing. How I love to make one of those how-on-earth-is-that-possible cakes but I don't. I have high respect and regard to all the fondant artists but I don't want to be making those kinds of cakes just because everyone are. But, I know some who are really good at their crafts and I can always give you a number of suggestions.
