Naitatag ang Book Nook Legazpi City, Albay noong 2022 bilang bahagi ng ikalawang batch ng The Book Nook Project ng NBDB. Mula noon, patuloy itong lumago bilang tahanan ng mga kuwentong naglalahad ng boses at karanasan ng mga Pilipino.

Sa kasalukuyan, naglalaman ito ng halos 1,500 aklat na nailathala sa Pilipinas, na matatagpuan sa loob ng Albay Provincial Library and Information Center (APLIC). Sa pamamagitan ng mga programang tulad ng community outreach, book lending, at storytelling sessions, dinadala ng Book Nook Albay ang mga aklat at kuwentong Pilipino sa mas maraming komunidad, higit pa sa mga mambabasang bumibisita sa APLIC.
