You may have noticed that some of our prices on Foodpanda are 30–50% higher than our in-store prices. We promise, we’re not trying to make your coffee and pastries unnecessarily expensive. 😭😂
As a small business, delivery platforms come with different fees, commissions, promos, and other charges. Unfortunately, the costs on Foodpanda have become quite heavy for us, and we’ve had to adjust our prices there just to make sure we can still cover our ingredients, packaging, operations, and—most importantly—keep the business running sustainably.
That’s why, whenever possible, we highly encourage you to order through GrabFood instead. 💚
