🍵 matcha of the day

woody & buzz approved today’s pick: kanbayashi shunsho aya no mori ☁️

with the toy story crew keeping us company, today’s bowl feels a little extra nostalgic. ☁️🧸

from uji, kyoto, made with the samidori cultivar, this matcha is smooth, naturally sweet, and full of gentle umami. think fresh greens, creamy nuttiness, and the softest floral finish.

safe to say… we’d choose her over coffee any day. to infinity… and matcha!
