We are thrilled to take on this year’s FABEX 2026 Pourover Challenge! As we celebrate this milestone, we want to share the inspiring journey of our very own champion barista, Ar

Renzo joined Arco with zero coffee background. As a tourism graduate, his ultimate dream was to travel the world, and he took a leap of faith into the coffee industry to prepare for a career on cruise ships. Starting out as a dining crew, his past experience helped him adapt quickly to our fast-paced environment. When Arco 2.0 opened, he stepped up as a junior barista, mastering the craft under the guidance of his seniors, Gjunollie and Wren.

A few years of relentless hard work, dedication, and a passion for learning later... he is now a Champion! We couldn’t be prouder to see his efforts bear such fruitful results. Congratulations Champ!
