We understand that some customers may wonder why our delivery charges are based on the total amount of the order.
This system ensures a fair share for our riders, considering the time, effort, and number of items they handle.
For example, in situations where one person places an order on behalf of many (like a class of 30 students ordering together), the workload for the rider increases significantly even if it appears as a single transaction.
To keep things fair, we:
• Add ₱10 for orders involving multiple stores
• Apply charges based on the total order amount
📍 For merkado (public market) orders:
Even if there are multiple vendors (fish, vegetables, pork, etc.), we count it as one store only.
However, unlike regular store pickups, our riders do not just wait for the order. They personally go around the market, find the items, choose them carefully, and complete the purchases for you. This requires extra time and effort.
This system helps us properly compensate our riders while still keeping charges reasonable for customers.
We appreciate your understanding and continued support 🫡
