Q: Ilang beses ba dapat uminom ng coffee sa isang araw?

Me: Pang-apat ko na to, so far okay naman ako😂

Pero base sa training namin ng Barista 101, ideal number of coffee per day is 2-3 cups of coffee and depende rin sa needs mo or if meron kang health condition dapat hinay hinay lang sa pag inom ng coffee at wag ding gawin tubig or replacement ng tubig ang paginom ng kape😇

Drink moderately 😂
