It was a privilege for Chef Carlos and The Black Pig team to be part of a luncheon welcoming H.E. Luis Planas Puchades, Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food of Spain.

Alongside fellow Spanish chefs in the Philippines, we had the pleasure of sharing a little of what we do best—cooking, hospitality, and the flavours that connect our two homes.
