Six years ago, I simply wanted to share my mom's special recipe, a dish loved by so many. That's how Laing ni Mrs. Santiago, our authentic Lutong Bicol, began.

Since then, we've been overwhelmed by the love and support. We've received orders from different places, and some customers have even brought our laing to Dubai and other parts of the world.

This journey has taught me that sometimes, all you have to do is take the first step and believe in what you're offering.

“Laing Ni Mrs Santiago” will always be one of my biggest "Who would have thought?" moments.
