ONLY IN THE PHILIPPINES!? Filipino University Impressed Me With THIS!

This day in the Philippines was surley something unexpected! We headed to Muñoz, Nueva Ecija to try something special. A first of its kind ice cream in the Philippines (in the whole world) - TILAPIA Ice cream!
Although we knew it was something developed in the Central Luzon State University, we didn't expect to actually end up there!
So besides trying something unique I ended up having my first ever Philippines University tour. It was definitely not how I imagined local universities to be!
