Some of our customers ask if we are serving Pho, and we always say we only have Hutieu. So now, what really is the difference between Pho and Hutieu? Are they the same?

During World War II, there were some Vietnamese refugees who resettled in Morong. And at that time, they were lacking ingredients so they made and cooked a localized version of soup called Hutieu.

So the answer is NO. We know that some of our beloved customers expect our Hutieu to taste like Pho, but they are two different dishes.
