Two-toned shells because sapin sapin deserves to look as good as it tastes. Filled with coconut ganache and coconut jam for that rich, milky sweetness, with a chewy rice cake middle that brings the whole thing together.

Rich chocolate shells filled with chocolate ganache and a milky fudge center, basically your favorite breakfast turned dessert. We topped it off with rice crispies coated in dark chocolate for that little crunch on top, because champorado without the bite just ain't it.

You know bilo bilo, now imagine it as a macaron. We took everything that makes the OG so good and packed it into a shell: coconut ganache all soft and dreamy, sprinkled with toasted coconut flakes for that extra bite, plus langka jam swirled in for a little sweetness.
