Good morning and Happy New Year. First I want to ask a apology for not giving you a heads up regarding my 4 days store closure. I need to slow down a bit, the reason is last year was unforgivingly busy it took a toll in my health but rest assured i’ll back tomorrow running like a marines. Again i am forever grateful for your support and seeing familiar faces since pigcawayan days,hearing stories from you and most specially OFW’s and immigrants who come home just for the holidays my heart goes out to you, i know the feeling to be home for the holiday season. Some flavors aren’t rushed..they’re earned..Deep, smoky and unapologetically bold. Slow cooked for hours rubbed with house blend of spices then smoke until the exterior forms a rich dark bark while the inside stays buttery-tender and juicy. Every slice melts in your mouth releasing layers of smoke,spice and natural smoky flavors. What makes it special? Anyways Merry Christmas to each and everyone and at the same time i am sorry for not accepting walk-in’s yesterday I couldn’t handle no more. I did took a beating yesterday but then again no complaints. For this New Year strictly NO ON THE SPOT ORDERS i have already lined up the orders and pick up’s,i am sorry but you can go to other places. Way back early 2020 pandemic hit and hospitality crashed down hard in 🇨🇦 they’ve cut work loads and i am one of those got affected but food manufacturing is crazy in demand of workers so i’ve decided to try to work then I’ve witnessed and experienced on how to work in a humongous place. It’s just a rev and they’re popping everywhere and it’s superbly windy. Anyways anytime next week i’ll be selling smoke meats which is perfect for this holiday season. Finished products will be posted. As you know as always this little Eskina introduces first western goodies in town from Steaks, Italian-Arancini’s and Bruschetta’s,French breads, Bagels and now Smoked meats with a touch of the Eskina way.
