Sales & Production Helper Wanted at Kissing Donuts Bakery & Cafe
Position: Sales & Production Helper
Type: Full-Time or Part-Time
Reports To: Store Manager

Key Responsibilities:
Food and Beverage Production:
Prepare and cook a wide variety of hot meals including rice meals, burgers, pizza, sandwiches, and other savory hot entrees using commercial ovens, stovetops, and fryers. Bake, glaze, and decorate our signature donuts, breads, and pastries from scratch. Craft made-to-order coffee, creamy shakes, and refreshing fruity drinks to customer specifications. Serve bottled and canned soft drinks with a smile. Prep ingredients daily including chopping vegetables, portioning meats, and proofing dough to ensure fresh, high-quality offerings from open to close. Follow recipes and presentation standards to maintain consistency and excellence in every item served.
Customer Service and Sales:
Welcome every guest with a warm and friendly attitude that reflects the Kissing Donuts brand. Take accurate orders, answer menu questions, and offer personalized recommendations. Process cash and GCash transactions quickly and accurately. Proactively upsell combo meals, daily specials, and seasonal treats to increase sales. Build relationships with regular customers to create a loyal customer base. Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns with professionalism and care.
Vending Operations:
Manage and maintain outdoor sales carts and vending tables with attractive product displays. Stock, organize, and rotate products on carts and tables to ensure freshness and availability. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate restocking to meet customer demand. Ensure all vending areas are clean, inviting, and fully operational at all times. Set up and break down sales carts and tables daily.
Cleaning and Facility Maintenance:
Deep-clean and sanitize all kitchen prep areas, counters, and cooking equipment after each shift. Wash dishes, utensils, and storage containers thoroughly and efficiently. Maintain a pristine indoor dining room by bussing tables, wiping surfaces, and arranging seating. Perform regular restroom checks to ensure cleanliness, stock supplies, and eliminate odors. Sweep, mop, and maintain all floor surfaces throughout the cafe. Handle trash removal and recycling duties to keep the premises fresh and organized.
What We're Looking For:
Previous experience in food service, hospitality, or retail is a plus but not required—we provide hands-on training. A positive, outgoing personality with strong people skills. Ability to multitask and stay calm during busy rushes. Willingness to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions. Physical ability to stand for extended periods, bend, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds. Dependable, punctual, and available for early morning shifts, as bakery hours start early. A team player who takes pride in a job well done. Basic math skills for cash handling and GCash transaction processing.
