PUBLIC NOTICE
This is to formally inform the public that our company AICE ICE CREAM - PAMPANGA/BATAAN BRANCH has NO affiliation, partnership, or “sister company” relationship with any other brand or entity that is falsely claiming association with us.
While we respect fair and lawful competition, we strongly object to any unauthorized use of our brand name, trade name, or any false representation of affiliation.
Please be advised that such acts may constitute violations under Philippine law, including but not limited to:
• Republic Act No. 8293 (Intellectual Property Code of the Philippines) — particularly on trademark infringement, unfair competition, and false designation of origin, which prohibit misleading the public by falsely implying business connection or affiliation.
• Article 168 & 165 of R.A. 8293 — which protect trade names and prohibit acts likely to cause confusion or deceive the public as to business relationships.
• Article 188 & 189 of the Revised Penal Code — on the unlawful use and substitution of trade names, trademarks, and acts of unfair competition.
Any party making such false claims must immediately cease and desist from using our name, brand, or implying any business relationship without valid written authorization and official legal documentation.
Failure to comply may compel us to pursue appropriate legal remedies to protect our rights and prevent further public deception.
This notice is issued to protect our company, our partners, and the public from misleading and unauthorized claims.
