Inspired by our recent culinary adventure in Iloilo city, we've curated our latest Hapag Family Meals entitled Sabores de Iloilo, a set that shares with you the beauty and wonders of our experience.

Introducing the latest Hapag Family Meals: Paskong Pinoy Set. A collection that is inspired by our country’s heartwarming and staple dishes during the Holiday season.

It consists of the following,

Bonete pull-apart rolls
8pcs of freshly baked buttery bonete milk rolls

Grilled mixed mushrooms & leeks-kesong puti gratin
3 kinds of grilled mushrooms, leeks and kesong puti mornay, mozzarella

Arroz a la Valenciana
Ilonggo-style glutinous rice cooked in coconut-saffron broth, chorizo, grilled prawns, egg

Duck & chicken embutido
Duck ham & chicken meatloaf served with Hapag's banana ketchup, mixed green salad with mulberry vinaigrette dressing

Mango-glazed hamon ng Bulacan
House-smoked Bulacan-style pork belly ham, sweet mango-anise glaze

Available every Saturday from 11am to 6pm. It comes in 3 different flavors namely, Castila, GenSan and Kwatro Kabute. No need for pre-orders, you may order on the spot until supplies last.

We are excited to announce our latest Hapag Family Meal set menu. This was the birthchild between the great minds of our chefs at Hapag. Everyone’s suggestion, learning and take on each dish was applied to this menu.

The menu includes the following:
Beef & Tendon Kare Kare
Chicken Inasal
Fresh Grilled Salad
Pancit Negra
3 kinds of Turon (12 pcs)
3 kinds of Samalamig (good for 6-8 pax)
