🟩 POSITION 1: BRANCH MANAGER
(Tagapamahala ng Branch)
✅ QUALIFICATIONS / MGA REQUIREMENTS:
- At least High School / Senior High School Graduate or College Level
- May 1–2 years experience sa restaurant, food service, o fast food management / supervision
- ✅ CAN OPERATE POS SYSTEM, COMPUTER, AT BASIC OFFICE PROGRAMS (para sa inventory at sales report)
- Alam ang daily store operations, inventory management, at cash handling
- May galing mamuno, mag-guide, at mag-train ng mga staff
- Magaling makipag-usap at mag-asikaso ng customer concerns at complaints nang maayos
- Tapat, maaasahan, at may mataas na sense of responsibility
- Pwede mag-shifting schedule, umattend sa trabaho tuwing weekend at holidays
- Resident ng Masinloc o malapit na bayan (advantage)
- May good moral character
🟩 POSITION 2: KITCHEN STAFF / CREW
(Tauhan sa Kusina)
✅ QUALIFICATIONS / MGA REQUIREMENTS:
- At least High School Graduate
- ✅ Marunong mag-operate ng POS / Cash Register; may basic computer knowledge (advantage)
- Kahit walang experience! We will train you! (may experience sa pagluluto o kusina ay malaking advantage)
- Masipag, masigla, at willing matuto
- Mabait, magalang, at maayos makitungo sa kasama at customer
- Tapat, maaasahan, at disiplinado
- Malakas ang katawan at kayang tumayo at magtrabaho nang matagal
- Pwede mag-shifting schedule, umattend sa trabaho tuwing weekend at holidays
- Resident ng Masinloc o malapit na bayan (advantage)
- May good moral character
