Every dream starts with a simple "What if?"
In the early months of 2024, we asked my brother, "What if we bring Craffé Coffee to Bulacan?" It was just a conversation—one that eventually will turn into a reality.
A month later, we found ourselves buying our very first equipment, gathering ingredients, and spending our days training. At first, it honestly felt like we were just doing it for fun. We never imagined that this little idea would grow into something so meaningful.
Then came April 27, 2024, the day we officially opened our home-based café. Our menu was simple, with only a few handcrafted drinks and pastries, but our hearts were full. Surrounded by the support of our family and friends, we welcomed our very first customers.
Just two months later, another opportunity knocked.
We came across a new commercial space within our area and couldn't help but ask ourselves again, “Should we try?" After meeting with the landlord, we took the chance and opened our very first café. That space became our home for exactly two unforgettable years.
Within those walls, we met strangers who became regulars, regulars who became friends, and customers who became part of the Craffé family. We expanded our menu, celebrated milestones, and watched our small café slowly become part of the community.
Of course, the journey wasn't always easy.
There were days that tested us physically, mentally, and most of all, financially. There were moments of uncertainty when giving up seemed easier than pushing forward. But every challenge taught us something valuable, and every setback became part of the story that shaped us.
Then, after two wonderful years, another opportunity came our way.
We made one of the biggest decisions we've ever faced—to move into a new location. It may be smaller than our previous one, but it opened doors we had only dreamed about. For the first time, we finally have a kitchen.
And because of that, we're now able to serve some food our customers have been requesting us for the past two years. What once felt impossible has finally become reality.
Looking back, every conversation, every risk, every challenge, and every cup served led us here.
This isn't just the story of a coffee shop. It's the story of believing in small beginnings, taking chances, and growing one step at a time. And we're still just getting started.
